BACK FOR REVIEW #2 – Again – outstanding service & reasonable price. This time I had a list of complicated jobs that needed to get done. Eduardo expertly repaired and replaced a door frame, a complicated door handle system, exterior electronic door combo, garbage disposal, foundation vents, & a 4-hole kitchen faucet. He also repaired a French faucet we had been unable to use for years because we couldn't find anyone who could fix it. Now it looks and works great! So happy I found a company we can count on for what seems like any job! Thanks again! REVIEW #1 – Excellent service! Perfect installation. He used better quality screws than the manufacturer provided and left everything clean and better than he found it. Courteous, punctual and professional. I will be calling them again for future jobs. I contact Mr. Handyman to see about exterior door repair. Their technician Mike was awesome from the quote to the repair. I will be using them again for other repairs.

Chris arrived on time. Reviewed the work to be done and what materials where needed. Went right to work and completed the job in less than two hours. Chris was a very friendly and professional representative of this company.

After backing my car into the drywall in my garage, my rear left bumper left a sizable hole in the drywall. I was going to get some estimates from local companies who perform drywall repair when I recieved a coupon in the mail from Mr. Handyman for $50.00 worth of services provided by Mr. Handyman. After checking out the local Mr. Handyman (the closet one was Mr. Handyman of Fredericksburg), on Angie's List, I made my appointment with Kevin, the customer service representative on Thursday, March 24 for Friday, March 25 at 3:30 p.m. I soon remembered that I had another appointment on that same day at the same time so I called back to reschedule for a Monday appointment and was able to do so without any problems. Kevin also told me that J.R. would be the technican who would repair the damaged drywall. He also told me to be on the lookout for the white and red van clearly marked "Mr. Handyman" and that J.R. would also present idenficiation verifying his idenity. My new appointment was for Monday, March 28 at 12:00 p.m. On Monday morning, Kevin called to remind me that J.R. would be coming by at 12 p.m. At 11:45 a.m., J.R. arrived promptly, clearly identified himself and got right to work. I explained what I needed done and he told me that it would take him about an hour and an half to complete the repair. He then asked me if I had any coupons and at that time, I presented my $50.00 coupon. I could not use this coupon because the fine print required a minimum of four hours worth of work and I only needed up to two hours. J.R. then said he had a $25.00 coupon that I could use instead and to save the $50.00 coupon for a later time. I did use the $25.00 coupon as suggested by J.R. J.R. did a terrific job repairing the hole and was able to save me some cash as well. I will use Mr. Handyman again.
