They are always accommodating when scheduling home visits for estimates on time and labor/parts costs for particular work. This time around, their technicians Richard and William did an outstanding job completing in a timely manner a number of tasks that have significantly helped my home improvement. Richard and William are both skilled handyman with a number of years of experience! They completed the following: 1. Removed/replaced current dryer vent with a birdcage cover; 2. Thoroughly cleaned gutters on the back and front of the house; 3.. Caulked all interior door jambs and the bottom of the jambs to the hardwood flooring; 4. Stripped paint from the bottom trim of all 15+ windows; painted two coats of paint, primer and top coat; and 5. Repositioned washer and dryer in the laundry room. SUMMARY: Regardless of the task at hand, they were very meticulous and thorough . . . They definitely exceeded all expectations and completed entire workload on time for a reasonable price. Thank you Mr. Handyman!! ———————————— Mr. Handyman’s service representative / technician arrived to our home to do a survey for required labor / parts and provided a cost estimate. Then he returned on another day to complete the required work. He was very punctual and professional. He did an excellent job on caulking two bathtubs and caulking and painting a kitchen pantry! Overall, Mr. Handyman of Fredericksburg was a pleasure to work with, they were accommodating regarding scheduled arrivals and sent an outstanding technician to do great work at a reasonable cost! I plan on contacting them in the near future for additional work in our home. Thank you Mr. Handyman of the Fredericksburg Region!

If anyone is looking for a company to fix/repair/ install anything please contact Mr Handyman. We are an elderly couple who can't afford or perform any home repairs. Mike from Handyman not only made repairs, but he made sure everything was OK. I asked questions, he checked on my concerns and assisted immediately. Handyman is on our speed dial. The Technician, Shawn, arrived early to my home on 17 January 2012. I told him what the problems were with the doorbell and with the guest shower on the 3rd floor. Mr. Shawn started his assessment and figured out the problems immediately. He was very professional and advised me what needed to be removed and replaced. Mr. Shawn kept me informed. He removed and replaced my doorbell with a wireless doorbell because the system that was installed, not yet five years ago when the townhouse was built, no longer worked. He removed and replaced the diverter cartridge in the guess bedroom shower. Mr. Shawn traveled to the neighborhood Lowes to purchase the items that he did not have with him. Mr. Shawn finished his work in less time than I expected. He asked if I had anything further that needed to be repaired. Since I had read his Bio on the Handyman's Website, I asked Mr. Shawn if he could look at the ceiling in my master bedroom closet. He assessed the closet ceiling as having a leak and some mold/mildew. He informed me that the problem was correctable but that it would require more time than he had at the time as he had another appointment. I was very appreciative when Mr. Shawn suggested that I call to schedule a continuation of services. I called the Mr. Handyman of the Fredericksburg Region office and spoke again with the nice customer service representative Mr. Kevin. He informed me that Mr. Shawn could return on Thursday, 19 January to complete the job. I was thankful. Again, Mr. Shawn arrived promptly and begin to work of finding the source of the leak and repairing the problem. Mr. Shawn spent two days for a total of 5 hours and 45 minutes removing, replacing and repairing items in my home. I am thrilled with the services provided and more importantly the professional attitude of Mr. Shawn. It is a good feeling to have when you can trust someone to come into your home and deal with you in a professional manner. It was a blessing indeed. I will definitely use this company again and recommend this company to my friends.
