I have used Mr. Handyman twice and both times they were excellent. Ray and Bernardo fixed 2 complicated issues perfectly. Very professional and efficient with their time. Truly a game changer for me since my husband isn't handy at all. Definitely with every penny!!

I first read reviews for Mr. Handyman of Naperville and was impressed with what I read. I probably lucked out with the timing of my request in the middle of January. I filled out a request for a couple of things and received an email saying someone would be contacting me to set up a time for the repairs. I believe it was only two days later and I got an email saying Kevin would be out around noon. I was really surprised at how quickly I was able to get someone out. I had a kitchen faucet to remove and replace. I needed my front door weather stripping to be replaced as well. I had purchased the faucet ahead of time but Kevin needed to make a run to purchase the weather stripping for me. I didn't really know their pricing until I got the email that Kevin could come that day. I realize now that it is more economical for the customer to have a laundry list of needed repairs and have them all done at one time. My faucet turned into more than I had thought because the water shut off valve needed to be replaced. Even with that issue Kevin was really, really fast and did not waste one minute of time while he was here. The door weather stripping was done in a flash. I was very pleased with getting a senior discount which I didn't know they offered. I would not have been able to get a comparable price certainly from a plumber. I felt the price was reasonable for what he did. I have a membership with another company but this company requires a two hr minimum and my experience with them was I was paying way more than I should have and they charged upfront before the job was even started. With Mr. Handyman of Naperville they charge by the hour and they require an hour minimum which is certainly reasonable. After the first hour their price is reduced and charged by extra half hours. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on using them again when I have a longer list of things that need to be done. I have had contractors in the past who came out and it was obvious they were milking the time as they were spending more time talking than working. My experience with Kevin was he got the job done in record time and did a very good job.

I needed my washer and dryer unstacked and then put on pedestals. The two technicians who came out were great! The job was done quickly and professionally for a very reasonable cost.

The electrician was timely and performed the work in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend Mr. Handyman!!
