    Thank you Mr. Handyman for being responsive and sending out a technician to so quickly. You can count on me returning for future services. I had a washer pan installed and it didn’t dawn on me to communicate to the the first technician that I had a front load washer being delivered so the washer pan needed to be installed long ways instead of shorter sides. The day of the washer being delivered, the washer couldn’t be put on the pan as it wouldn’t fit. I called back and explained the situation, spoke to both the receptionist and owner. They were very understanding and sent another technician out shortly after to redo. At this time, the delivery crew had already left and thinking I’d need to wait for a few more days for them to come back and put the washer on the pan. The second technician did more than installation, he actually put the washer on the pan himself. I didn’t know this until he said all done. Thank you for going above and beyond, truly appreciate.

    This was my first timing using the service and everything was great. From the office team that helped me out when I first called in everything was explained to me clearly and all questions answered. On the day of the repair, which was to fix and add support to a hand rail, Nick the technician did a great job and it turned out well.     We needed someone to install our doors. This meant they would make all the necessary measurements on the initial visit to make the cut outs and hang them on 'THE EXISTING DOOR FRAME.' Apparently using the existing door frame is a problem for some companies – they prefer to yank out the existing door frame and installing a NEW door frame and door. 1 – be sure they know exactly where you live – this ensures they know if you are on the ground floor that they have easy access to their tools because if you live high up like we do, they would have to lug all of their equipment up the freight elevator to your place. —- We live on a high floor of a tall building. 2 – BE ABSOLUTELY sure whoever comes to your place that they get all the details; a) of the door to hang AND b) the existing door frame measurements. This is critical because it is necessary for the door to swing (or not swing but stay where you left it, so it does not drift because of it being off center), close and shut properly (the insert in the door jamb has to line up properly with the door lock mechanism). 3 – We had to ask them to send another carpenter to do one of the doors over and better (the door did not hang properly). So, overall we are okay with their service but in future we would ask for a more experienced person to show up and not someone who is not quite so experienced in hanging doors. I just do not quite understand why it such an undertaking to find a company to hang doors on existing door frames. All they have to do is make the measurements and cut to those measurements…
