I had a large job that the HOA requested. James and Rodney were on time and went above and beyond. They were phenomenal.

<p>Omgosh … where do I begin!!! I am absolutely amazed at what a great job that was completed today. Larry showed up 10 minutes before scheduled time, and immediately got to work. I had supplied the faucets & towel rods, so he started in the bathrooms. I didn't know what kind of screening material to get or the wood needed. Larry gave me the information, and as he was doing the work in the bathrooms, I went to store & got the screening material/wood.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>When I returned, he was almost done with the faucet in the 1st bathroom. He then replaced the double lock system on the front door. He then went downstairs & cut the wood trim for the balcony. Since it was pressure treated wood, it needed to dry out a bit. So, he went to 2nd bathroom & completed the faucet. When done, he went down & put first coat of paint on the wood, and came back up & put up the 1st towel rod. Back down he went and put 2nd coat of paint on wood. Back upstairs, he put on the 2nd towel rod.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Once he was done with the bathrooms, he spent the rest of the time removing the old screening & wood strips holding it in place (22 years old), replacing the screening, putting in the wood strips & touching up where needed.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>I know this review is long & detailed, but there just are not enough words to say what a great job Larry did. And, he did all of the above in 8 1/2 hours! The entire time he was here, he was thorough & professional, answered all my questions, and cleaned up each area as he finished.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>I would have no hesitation at all hiring this company again. Trust me … you cannot go wrong if you choose Mr. Handyman (and ask for Larry!).</p> <br />

I am experiencing a leak in my attic and utility room due to incomplete install of my new roof. Mr. Handyman Tech Mark came out to inspect and informed me of the incomplete work done by the roofing company and was very helpful in providing me information to hold the company accountable. I am now in the process of trying to right a wrong. However, the analysis and photos Mark provided was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty. I really appreciated it.

Outstanding work at a fair price. Excellent communication with the company while we were planning and scheduling the installation. Workers were on time and worked efficiently. We will definitely use them again.
