This is the type of service you use when you want something done right. It is not cheap, but you truly get what you paid for. I've used it twice, and will continue to use it for jobs around the house I'd rather not do myself, but want someone to do the work the way you'd do it if you were. It's a DIYer's DIY service, so-to-speak. The first job Mr. Handyman did for me was repair a door frame / sill that was installed improperly by the original builder of my home… and prevented my door from properly closing flush. Gary did a fantastic job, down to the finer details of caulking and touch up work, and even with the clean up and vacuuming up debris. The second job, was a more extensive fence repair that required removing old posts and footings and repouring them with new posts. Rick and Sam did a fantastic job, were very professional, kind, and personal. They even custom made fence post toppers to match the existing ones, hauled away and cleaned up all job site materials and debris, and raked my pinestraw back to the right areas where they had cleared it. They also poured some drainage rock around the posts to create a barrier between the newly footings and the damp pine straw… preventing rot from occurring and the same problem surfacing again down the road. Overall, every bit of the service exceeded my expectations and I'd truly recommend them to any homeowner looking to complete jobs the RIGHT WAY versus outsourcing them to people who could care less about the quality of there work. You might be hesitant, like me, to use a big-name service like this, but you get a personalized experience and service the entire time: from project introduction to completion. It felt like my friend or neighbor was doing the work. I will be back!
