Bryan Miller did a great job. They said the job would take 3 days and it only took 2 days. We are bringing him back later for more work. He put up all new kitchens cabinets and installed are microwave and vent.

I found Mr. Handyman on Google when looking for someone to help with multiple projects on a home we are preparing to sell. Mr. Handyman was very prompt to respond and explain how their process works. It was incredibly convenient to know the work would be completed the same day so there is no waiting around, just be prepared to fund your project when you schedule the appointment. Once I scheduled the appointment I provided a list of repairs needed so they could send the proper tech. They gave me the option of being on a "move up" list; my advice , if your schedule is not flexible do not opt for this list. Lance Garcia was the handyman who came out. I received a text notification beforehand and a photo so I knew who to expect. Lance was prompt and professional, friendly and well communicated. We walked through the house and all items needing repairs and discussed possible solutions until we agreed on the proper fixes and everyone was on the same page. Lance then went out to his van and spent a few minutes, maybe 15 max, working up an estimate for the repairs. I felt the cost for the number of repair items, as well as the variety of needs, was incredibly reasonable and agreeable. Lance began work immediately, he prepped several different areas and painted, investigated a ceiling leak and repaired, patched and painted the entire ceiling, repaired a faucet, painted and hung some cabinet doors, placed a vent cover on our roof… and I'm sure something else I can't remember. It took Lance 2 days, due to dry time of drywall and paint, and he completed the tasks when promised. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures to evidence the quality of Mr. Garcia's work. I was very impressed and felt I had received quality work for an honest price. I am in the construction industry also and have high expectations from my crew. I would, and will, be happy to hire Lance again for my future home repair needs.
