Perry was prompt and super nice. This was the 2nd time he'd been to our home and we were just as pleased the 2nd time. We were having the repair done but it was covered by our home warranty. Perry was very helpful in speaking directly to the home warranty company to confirm the nature of the problem and that replacing the opener with a new one was the proper thing to do. Once we had the ok from the warranty company, Perry got right to work. When he was finished, he was very thorough in his clean up. We will absolutely have him back the next time we have repairs we can't get to/do ourselves.

Mr. Handyman's Sam performed 2 bathroom exhaust fan venting through soffits to outside with the utmost of professionalism and care. He thoroughly cleaned up after the job, answered my questions efficiently and performed the work in a timely manner. The price was very fair and competitive. I was pleased with the work performed. Our technician was Brad Minnick. He arrived in a timely manner, was professionally dressed, clearly identified and had a stocked van. Brad immediately began to work upon arrival. He evaluated each job and started with the most difficult job first. All work was done cleanly and correctly. When a part of the job could not be done because of an HVAC venting issue I had behind my walls, Brad recommended a way to resolve it. I would use this company again and most likely will in the future. The only thing I would complain about was how quickly they can schedule a job. I understand this time of year is busy and that not many others can be onsite as quick, I still hoped to see a quicker booking. However, that is my only complaint and it is not even a major one in the grand scheme of things. What is important is that the job was done right and it looked professional.

Your company provides a great service for those of us who don't know how to do repairs and things around the house. I really liked that your company cares about the customer. You call ahead and come on time which is certainly not how many businesses are run.
