    Both Allen and Penny grew up in East Tennessee. They have called Knoxville home since 1993. Allen is an Army Veteran who has worked in home service most of his life. Penny worked in the customer service industry for many years. The Ellison's are members of First Baptist Concord, and attend the Westlake Campus in Knoxville. They are also active members of the Knoxville and Farragut Chambers of Commerce. Together they have fine tuned the team at Mr. Handyman of West Knoxville with many unique skills and talents.     Brandy is originally from Greenville, Alabama. She double majored in vocal performance and creative writing at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama. She spent six years as whitewater raft guide on the Big Pigeon River in Hartford, Tennessee where she took families whitewater rafting on the Class III and IV river, while also helping with the operation of two rafting companies. Brandy moved to the Knoxville area in 2004. She has a son, Devlin, who keeps her very busy and on her toes. When she isn’t working at Mr. Handyman, Brandy enjoys spending time with her family, playing the guitar and piano, as well as being a part of the praise and worship team at New Life Ministries.

    Ramona is from a small country town called Church Hill, TN. She was a graphic designer for 10 years, until the small company she worked for was bought out and sold by a much larger company. Ramona then had the good luck to be hired on at Mr. Handyman by Allen and Penny. The projects she most enjoys is marketing and social media work. She is married with one son, Harrison. Two crazy cats, Annabelle Kate and Rosealie Kitty, spend their days lazing about the Crawford home. When Ramona isn’t working at Mr. Handyman, she enjoys: spending time with her four year old; doing science experiments, reading books and building with legos.

    Field Estimator

    Scott was born in Peoria, Illinois but was raised in Florida. At 18 years old, he joined the Marines, serving for 6 years. Since 2002, he has spent time in both the construction industry and managing insulation industry start ups. Scott enjoys helping homeowners clear their honey-do lists, as well as bathroom and kitchen remodels. Getting to see the relief and gratitude homeowners have after projects are completed is a blessing to him. When not at work, Scott enjoys church activities, such as volunteering and serving as head usher. He enjoys date night with his wife, and hanging with their four kids, Schoyler, Raiden, Ryder and Zoey. Lastly, reading books and watching movies fill any gaps in downtime.

    Brian grew up in Knoxville and has 25 years experience with handyman work. The project he most enjoys is finish work. He is married with two children, Alex and Aron. Buddy the dog rounds out the Mase family. When Brian isn’t working at Mr. Handyman, he enjoys spending time with his family.

    Andrew was raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He has worked in similar fields, window and door installations, before joining the Mr. Handyman team. He and his wife have 2 dogs, Sam and Bongo. When not at Mr. Handyman, Andrew enjoys working on music and doing DIY projects at home. His favorite projects are working with kitchen cabinets, carpentry projects and solving unique problems.

    Charles grew up in Knoxville and has performed handyman and property management work for more than 30 years. The projects he most enjoys are; drywall, painting and fixtures. He is married with two children, Andy and Emily. Family pets include dogs, Shadow and Ginger, and a cat, Pheobe. When Charles isn’t working at Mr. Handyman, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending his kid’s games, watching TV including basketball and baseball.

    Kevin grew up around Lake Tahoe, California. He has a background in construction management. Kevin and his wife have 8 children and 1 dog, a golden named Duncan. The project he most enjoys completing for Mr. Handyman clients is building decks. When not at work, Kevin enjoys boating and spending time with his family.

    Mark grew up in Evansville, Indiana and has performed handyman work for the past 20 years. The projects he most enjoys are; trim work, simple electrical, tile projects, drywall and painting. He is married with two children, Brandon and Tori. When Mark isn’t working at Mr. Handyman, he enjoys preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.

    Yancy is from Linton, Indiana. His career started in steel fabrication and welding, then moved into building custom homes which moved him into maintenance for on campus housing at Indiana University. The project that he enjoys most for his clients at Mr. Handyman is punch list items. When not working, Yancy and his wife enjoy volunteering at the animal shelter, working around their home, exploring the Smokies and attending the kid’s (Hallie, Aydan & Cade) sporting events. Rounding out the family are 9 cats, 9 dogs and lots of foster animals.
