Highly…highly…highly recommended! I needed help with some major repairs for my Uncle's home. He lives in Colorado Springs and I live in Houston. I have worked with many contractors in the past and experienced issues with many of them. I was very reluctant to call someone to do the work needed, which was repairs on his roof, water damage on the inside, flooring, sheet rock, bathroom, plumbing…basically everything. This involved redoing much of the interior of his home after some roof leaks severely damaged his home. Luckily, I found Mr. Handyman and gave them all of my concerns and they sent someone out to assess the repairs that would be needed. Right off the bat I could tell that these people were helpful, empathic, responsive and had the expertise that we needed. Super professional and nice. They actually went above and beyond what was required to make sure the project was done perfectly…which it was. They gave me a fair price too and came up with a bunch of ideas to solve problems. They mapped the entire project out and documented everything with pictures that were sent to me daily so I could see the progress for myself. At the end of the project they informed me that we came in below budget and took it off the final payment. I have never seen a contractor do that! I'm probably leaving out some things, but the bottom line is that they did a perfect job and treated us like we were family. Now my Uncle has a safe place to live again and I will always be grateful for these good people and the work that they did.
