I had roof and drywall damage in my garage from a leak at my rental property, and Mr. Handyman sent out a technician named Forrest to take care of it. Since I live out of state, it’s always stressful coordinating repairs from afar, but Forrest made the entire process incredibly easy. His communication was a 10/10, the pricing was fair and spot on, and everything was handled promptly and professionally. He repaired both the roof and the drywall, and the quality of the work was outstanding it truly looks like the damage never even happened. Knowing everything was handled so efficiently really took the worry out of managing my property from a distance. What a relief to have my list of little projects completed in a timely and efficient manner! Martin listened carefully to my projects and what I wanted done and remembered everything I requested. He was so fast, yet conscious, Martin even accepted a fourth task. It only took him 90 minutes to complete the four jobs, which totally surprised me. One job I thought was a bit of a puzzle. An odd shaped plastic plug needed to go into an odd shaped hole on a toilet seat hinge. Previously two plumbers were unable to get the plug into place. Martin figured out the trick within a couple of minutes! Photos of the plug and the hole provided. I’m so happy with this experience that I am already thinking of other things I need to have Mr. Handyman (hopefully Martin) complete. I’ve rarely hired a handyman before so I am unaware of prices and what is great, reasonable, or a bargain.

Michael did a great job fixing my broken off mailbox. He arrived on time and worked the entire time he was here. He also consulted me as to several options for fixing the post. When I decided on a plan, he checked in with me again when he noticed a better way as he got into the project. He recommended a solution looking toward longevity of the fix. He completed the project so it is very sturdy now. I will definitely be using this company again.

Worked with Ryan to replace a door going into my crawl space. We had good communication and he did the job in a timely manner. Definitely satisfied with the work and would work with handyman again.
