Thank you, thank you to Mike, Frank, and Phil. I am so grateful for Mr. Handyman of Orland Park. They recently completed a door replacement project on the second floor of our home. They not only did a wonderful job with the install, they identified and solved several problems with the product and the order, problems I never would have known about . The special order doors I'd purchased were too heavy for the plywood casings they came in. Many installers would have just installed them anyway. Frank, my technician, took them back to the store and insisted they replace the weak plywood casings with oak ones that would properly support the solid core doors. Then he stained all the new casings. I had a far superior product installed for no additional cost thanks to his troubleshooting . Other doors came with the wrong swing and / or damaged hardware. Again, Frank went back to the store and got replacements ordered for me. Mike, the owner of Orland Handyman, was very supportive of all the schedule changes and additional days that were required to do the job right. I had an electrical wiring issue that needed to be resolved ASAP. I called Mr. Handyman and they sent Jason Wendt to troubleshoot the issue two days later. Well, Jason assessed the problem, purchased the necessary material and rewired portions of my basement that same day. I was beyond relieved and impressed. The next day he returned and installed 5 new light fixtures including a complicated chandelier on my slant ceiling dining room. He also fixed some messy wiring issues, installed a new outdoor outlet, and made my 35 year old home safer and more beautiful.

This is the first time my husband and I called a handyman service and we are so impressed and thankful we went with Mr. Handyman of Orland Park and Oak Lawn! Phil was personable, on time, and did professional work. Pricing was fair and reasonable. We had a bathroom fan replaced and a kitchen light and fixture modified and installed.
