Mr. Handyman impressed me with its commitment to excellence. Each worker was <br /> consistently on time, and communication with the company was good. Even though <br /> the work took longer to complete than estimated, the agreed upon price remained <br /> the same. The final result is excellence. I am most impressed with the way the <br /> company stands behind its work. Initially, I was not completely satisfied with <br /> some of the drywall finishing, but I paid the bill. I called Victor. Within two <br /> hours he was at my house?and he was prepared to work. He spent the afternoon <br /> sanding each place I was not satisfied with. He clearly wanted to make me <br /> completely satisfied. He even gave me some coupons toward the next job. So, I <br /> hired Mr. Handyman to paint two rooms. The price was more than fair. Mike <br /> Thompson came to do the painting. He saw places in the drywall that could be <br /> better, so he stopped his painting, went to a local store to buy materials, and <br /> fixed the drywall to perfection. To make up time, he even took our doors home <br /> with him to paint! The final result was excellence: I will call them again for <br /> other projects, and I have recommended them to my neighbor. I know I will be <br /> pleased with the work from Mr. Handyman! <br />

The pieces did not ship well and the tech show me what pieces suffered the most damage. Since the furniture was not to be located in an area of the house where the damage would be seen, I asked and the tech offered to re-nail the damaged pieces. If I had done the assembling myself I would have been very annoyed and frustrated and it would have taken me several weeks to assemble all the pieces. I was in awe at how quickly the work was being done. Though costly, for the time, the caring, and the effortless assembling by the tech, trash clean-up was not included (and it was pouring rain that day). However and overall, I am a very happy with the assembling service provided by Mr. Handyman of Northern Montgomery County. I will be making a list of other items to be done around the house for an estimate.

Chris, responded earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated. He immediately went to work and completed the project and clean-up within 3 hours. Would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the staff from Mr. Handyman. everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. After scheduling an appointment I also asked for an earlier date if an opening arose. It did! I kept in the loop about the arrival of Michael and all went well. The job involved grouting and caulking 2 bathtubs. What a big difference. I plan to use Mr. Handyman services again.
