Very pleased with the work done and the professionalism of the technician. The technician was also very courteous. What a pleasant surprise after a very bad experience with Jeeves Handyman Services.

I had a very good experience from scheduling the job all the way to completion. They did a great job.

Shawn showed up on time and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. It took longer than estimated but largely because of unknow pre-existing conditions that had to be fixed (i.e., the siding was not actually attached to the chimney by anything other than the trim). They work M-F, but he came on a Saturday because he was going to be leaving on vacation and wanted to get everything finished. Fortunately, I could pay with a credit card, and then I didn't have to be there for the days it took–I just gave him a key (no problems there). The first two days it looked like nothing had been done (except the shutters were gone) because he spent the first day taking measurements and then constructed all the elements in PVC in the shop (and painted the shutters there, too). But then everything came together, and it looks great. He really took a lot of care and takes obvious pride in his work. The painting was done by other members of the Mr. Handyman staff (since he had left for vacation). One thing to note is that you should mention if it will take a really tall ladder to reach certain areas (like the top of a chimney for painting) because not all of them have tall enough ladders on their truck–the painting had to be done over two days because of this. I'm very satisfied and want him to come back and do some other trim and elements!

I had granite installed in my townhouse, and surprise – my sink cabinet was bad (damage from water). The counter top guys just secure it with some 2×4 I had laying around and were like – we don't do cabinets, not our prob dude. I called Northern MOCO Mr. Handyman immediately, and lucky they had an afternoon slot. Mike showed up right on time, and was the perfect guy to have on hand. He was a true PRO, and fixed up my cabinet and it looked good as new – and stronger even. He was conscious to keep materials and labor hours – I went to home depot to grab stuff while he still worked. I just needed a dishwasher cabinet end, and a PVC pipe connector, and bam Mike did the rest! He had the right tools and materials to do a craftsmen's pro finish job. I would definitely use them again, especially Mike. It felt like he was my uncle and looking out for me – he helped me out man!
