I've been using them for several years now. They are trustworthy and easy to deal with and the people that work there are so nice and very professional. Worth every penny and will keep them as my regular handyman services for years to come.

Shawn showed up on time and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. It took longer than estimated but largely because of unknow pre-existing conditions that had to be fixed (i.e., the siding was not actually attached to the chimney by anything other than the trim). They work M-F, but he came on a Saturday because he was going to be leaving on vacation and wanted to get everything finished. Fortunately, I could pay with a credit card, and then I didn't have to be there for the days it took–I just gave him a key (no problems there). The first two days it looked like nothing had been done (except the shutters were gone) because he spent the first day taking measurements and then constructed all the elements in PVC in the shop (and painted the shutters there, too). But then everything came together, and it looks great. He really took a lot of care and takes obvious pride in his work. The painting was done by other members of the Mr. Handyman staff (since he had left for vacation). One thing to note is that you should mention if it will take a really tall ladder to reach certain areas (like the top of a chimney for painting) because not all of them have tall enough ladders on their truck–the painting had to be done over two days because of this. I'm very satisfied and want him to come back and do some other trim and elements!

Things could not have gone any better. Lee was friendly, efficient, and competent. He focused on the work and had everything completed in less time than I expected. He assessed the noisy ceiling fan and did not encourage me to pursue its repair. I would use this company again for any home repairs. Liz, the office manager, makes an effort to assign a Handyman with the talents to complete the jobs that need to be done.

Victor is very skilled professional. He perfectly completed external caulking and painting. He is also nice person and gave helpful tips. I highly recommend.
