Wow! I could not be more impressed with this company. <br /> We recently bought a Little Free Library, which is a large box where people in our neighborhood can come and exchange their favorite books and stories. This is part of a nationwide movement , but since ours is the first one in our town, we wanted it put up quickly and professionally. <br /> I spent a lot of time looking at Angie's List entries for Handyman, and I decided this company was the only I felt comfortable calling for a single, somewhat unusual project. And it turned out to be an excellent choice. <br /> I first spoke with Kevin in the office who quickly grasped what I wanted. He was able to dispatch a technician with enough materials to start the job. <br /> The design and installation was done on two days by two different technicians, Scottie and Matt. Both were prompt, knowledgeable, competent, efficient, friendly and patient with us, and seemed to take an interest in our unusual project. Scottie even improved on the recommended design so it will be more sturdy. <br /> I thought the cost was very reasonable since it included all the materials. <br /> Our household consists of two female senior citizens. It is very comforting to know there is a honest, reliable, and competent company we can call on for handyman work. We are putting together a list. <br />

Absolutely recommend Mr. Handyman….Unfortunately I have used “so-called handymen “ and as they say you get what you pay for…called Mr. Handyman to fix that screw up and Eric came that morning…they send you a text and e-mail and the Technician’s name…he was prompt, courteous and professional..he fixed my problem caused by someone else…and in a timely manner, if you ever need a handyman I absolutely recommend Mr. Handyman…you won’t be sorry you did.

James McCarron came to evaluate the restructure of our outdoor stairs to allow us to access the water spigot on the side of our house but inaccessible because of the stairs. While he gave us the estimate for the approach for the stairs, he recognized that the best solution was not a carpentry solution but a plumbing solution which we supported. He could have pushed the carpentry option, but he gave us a solution that would save us money, time, and resolved our spigot access situation at the same time. His honesty went a long way to the credibility of the company.
