The tech was on time very nice, went over the job with me before starting and after he was finished i would use them again

Shawn showed up on time and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. It took longer than estimated but largely because of unknow pre-existing conditions that had to be fixed (i.e., the siding was not actually attached to the chimney by anything other than the trim). They work M-F, but he came on a Saturday because he was going to be leaving on vacation and wanted to get everything finished. Fortunately, I could pay with a credit card, and then I didn't have to be there for the days it took–I just gave him a key (no problems there). The first two days it looked like nothing had been done (except the shutters were gone) because he spent the first day taking measurements and then constructed all the elements in PVC in the shop (and painted the shutters there, too). But then everything came together, and it looks great. He really took a lot of care and takes obvious pride in his work. The painting was done by other members of the Mr. Handyman staff (since he had left for vacation). One thing to note is that you should mention if it will take a really tall ladder to reach certain areas (like the top of a chimney for painting) because not all of them have tall enough ladders on their truck–the painting had to be done over two days because of this. I'm very satisfied and want him to come back and do some other trim and elements!

The Mr. Handyman technician that has provided service at my house several times this year, Jacob, has been professional, task focused and communicative. He ensures that all tasks are completed well and in a timely fashion. There are no hidden costs. The customer knows what to expect ahead of the job. I also like the fact that you get a copy of your invoice sent directly to you by email with photos of what what was worked on. This is a service I will be using again. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman of Northern Montgomery County.

Mr. Handyman saved me a ton of money. I needed their help to repair a shower, not remodel a bathroom. To do that would have cost me over 10 thousand dollars! Mr. Handyman helped me fix the shower for a fraction of this cost and I'm working on the rest of the bathroom on my own. They were courteous and very professional. If I have another job where I may need their help, I'll be sure to call them again.
