Overall went very well, except for some warping in the dry wall that was installed.

Perry was prompt and super nice. This was the 2nd time he'd been to our home and we were just as pleased the 2nd time. We were having the repair done but it was covered by our home warranty. Perry was very helpful in speaking directly to the home warranty company to confirm the nature of the problem and that replacing the opener with a new one was the proper thing to do. Once we had the ok from the warranty company, Perry got right to work. When he was finished, he was very thorough in his clean up. We will absolutely have him back the next time we have repairs we can't get to/do ourselves.

A true 5 star day in my book! Price was as quoted and Dale was patient, professional, thorough, honest, and clean – can't ask for more than that! Not just a handy man…a gentleman and a craftsman. Thank you Dale – hope to see you again in August for the rest of our list! 8/26 – And so it was – Back in August for a very full day with TWO Mr. Handymen! This time it was Dale and Anthony and both were WONDERFUL to work with. Best review I can give is a repeat one…and on top of that, I am planning to schedule my third appointment. I genuinely appreciate the skill and professionalism these men bring to the job. Can't say enough good things! Also, I had to make a last second timing adjustment and SO appreciated the quick reaction from the office folks as well as he adaptability of the guys…great all round company – extra thanks!

Vladimir was on time, quickly got to work, organized the chores in an efficient way (from first doing the inside one, then the outside ones) and kept on task during the 4 hours he was here. He touched base occasionally to let me know what he was doing, but didn't overdo it. He seemed to know how to do all the particular chores and had what appeared to be the correct tools. He suggested a few things that I might consider doing in the future, without pressuring, and also identified a good place in the loft of the garage, to better store the remaining extra lengths of vinyl siding, which I had from before, so they would be safe for any future needs. He wasn't "too talkative", so I felt the hours he put in were completely appropriate to be billed for. I clocked the time myself, and he accurately reflected that on the final invoice. He showed good care when removing my front door (to saw the new opening for the mail slot) to also open and then close the screen door carefully, to keep the flies out of the house, and to also not scratch the wall when taking the door outside, or when putting it back into place. He was quick, but steady with his work. The scheduling/office staff were friendly and professional, and even though we had to reschedule because of bad weather, they were able to accommodate my schedule, and gave me a reminder call the night before as well. I am very satisfied, and would definitely use Mr. Handyman… specifically Vladimir if possible… again.
