This was one of the most professionally run businesses that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They actually answered their phone. They asked me to text them a photo of the problem (I had some trim high on the exterior of the house that needed to be secured). They gave me the their proposed cost (which I felt was reasonable given the circumstances) within minutes after receiving the photo, and we scheduled the appointment. They confirmed my appointment the day before the scheduled visit. And about a half-hour before the appointment, they notified me that the tech was on his way. As promised, a tech showed up, not just on time, but a bit early. The tech (Tim) was professional, friendly, and calm, and secured the trim as promised. I would recommend Mr. Handyman, and Tim in particular, to anyone needing a problem resolved around their house.

For each project, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nate who is a master carpenter. He built an awesome separation wall in our basement designed to look like a bookshelf. Nate is extremely talented and so friendly that I feel like I’m talking through each project with a friend. His opinion and recommendations on projects are priceless.
