Called Mr. Handyman to do several different things in my home, fix a clogged toilet, replace a kitchen faucet and remove and install a tight fitting airconditioner in a basement window. Love the convenience of being able to call one company and get one person that can take care of everything with a visit. I requested they call me before shortly before arrival so I could leave work to meet them and they were right on point. We did have issues with the faucet and missing pieces, but this was no fault of Mr. Handyman, my serviceman worked on something else while I called the company to get the piece needed to install. He never made me feel rushed or that he wouldn't be able to fix and resolve my issues. When there was an issue with the operation of the faucet he called his supervisor and they troubleshooted my problem and solved it. He cleaned up after himself and took the old air conditioner and faucet with him. Couldn't have been happier with the service. Won't hesitate to use them again. Price was reasonable, service was scheduled within the week and was done completely. Technician could not have been a nicer guy.

Great. Putting aside everything I've gone through with Mr. Handyman in the past, this guy was great. He was on time, super polite and did great works. Thanks for restoring my faith in Mr Handyman!

Very professional. Work in teams of two. They are willing to fill in with other odd jobs while they are there. Arrived promptly, quickly assessed a way to reconstruct the railing. The old one was overly ornate and had extensive trim that was rotted. I did not want to recreate the previous homeowner's design and I did not want to disturb the anchors in the tar roof (a previous contractor started mentioning "maybe replacing the roof" which was in perfect shape). They quickly and intelligently devised a design, estimated needed materials and, while one worker started ripping out the old wood, the other went to pick up materials. NOTE: If you have other small jobs, they will do them in the same time block and pick up those materials at the same time. In my case, the back floodlight and annoying toilet. I really liked that they could handle all these things with equal aplomp. Carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing. They each had 30 years' experience, worked well together, completed the work efficiently. It did take a second visit to complete, but that was because of the job size. The over-the-phone estimating isn't totally accurate, but I feel that's understandable. I felt the price was very fair. They clean up and haul everything away and are pleasant to an extreme–Mike always has a smile. They were also able to schedule the work start on a Saturday–which fit my schedule. After that, I trusted them and handed over a key. I will snap a picture and attach when I get a chance. I will definitely use them again.

I've been utilizing Mr. Handyman's services for several years. We especially enjoy being able to keep the same person coming to our home. Bob is a very dedicated, knowledgeable craftsman. He and sometimes additional helpers have completed jobs from as simple as installing door knobs to installing tiled flooring. It's hard finding people who are experienced and trustworthy. This is a very top notch organization and I highly recommend it to any one looking for these services. Diane and Jack
