He provided excellent service and he was personable and communicative. Any questions I had he answer thoroughly. The service was not inexpensive so if people are cost conscious they may seek out a different option but as far as they level of professionalism I have no complaints.

As the weather got colder, it was apparent that our house was losing heat left and right. <br /> We called Mr. Handyman and asked for an energy audit. <br /> Skip and Michelle immediately got back in touch with me, and Michelle took us through the process. <br /> After the audit, she pointed out many things about our place that we just had no idea about (we had just bought our place and the inspection person only pointed out things that he could see, not necessarily everything about the house). They gave us a detailed proposal with itemized prices. Basically, we had to insulate our kitchen completely (3 walls, and subfloor), because it was a new addition, and had no insulation whatsoever. In addition, we had to put down a whole new insulation in our attic, build an attic box, and perform other tasks. <br /> We were immediately comfortable with their level of service and contact. We asked them to begin the work. <br /> They came when they were supposed to. They cleaned up after themselves. When we had small issues with this or that, they got back to us within a day, and fixed the issues within two days. <br /> Overall, the quality was excellent, the price was fair and the responsiveness and attention to detail was excellent. <br /> The question is, why can't every service provider be like Mr. Handyman? Honestly, moving to New Canaan, I am severely underwhelmed by the responsiveness and attention to detail from many, many other service providers (especially the electricians and some of the landscaping companies). I wish Mr. Handyman did more things, because then I wouldn't have to call anyone else when I need to get things done. <br /> <br /> <br />

Very well Al and Rich were excellent team. Very friendly. Made sure to be clean-careful of walls/floors etc. they worked together very well to get the job done efficiently and professionally. I’m quite happy with the results.

I was very happy with my experience with Mr Handyman. I was able to schedule the work quickly and John showed up on time and got right to work. He cleaned out a couple of gutters and a clogged downspout and then replaced a bad electrical switch and then a bathroom fan with a heater and light. He left everything clean. I would definitely use them again
