Technician was on time,professional,listened to ,my wants and performed the tasks in an orderly manner and cleaned up very well after job was done.

It was easy to schedule. Email reminders. Kept me posted. Free estimate. Fixed the shower door quickly and prevented me from having to completely replace it. The techn8cian was early! Very polite and professional.

My husband and I are grateful to have been able to hold onto former residences as rental properties. We're able to do painting, grounds and minor repairs, but stay away from carpentry, electrical and the like. I've always had friends whom I could hire for such things, but they've gone on to other projects. This was my first time dealing with Mr. Handyman. Researched them on Angie's List and other sources and found excellent comments. As we are a military/government family, liked the fact that local franchise was owned by a woman veteran. Had a list of 16 repairs that needed to be done, and needed people who could do everything from drywall repair to electrical work, and a full gamut of tasks in between. Also needed these things done at a fair price. Starting with the office people, things couldn't have been handled any better. As we live some distance from the property, did not want to make a separate trip for estimate, than return for repairs. Estimate was done by email quickly, and schedule confirmed quickly by phone. Experienced professionals Rusty and Mao arrived on time, looked at the work to be done, and got to it in a timely manner. The variety of tasks needed was such that it was almost a handyman test, but each was done quickly, expertly, and neatly. Dan, an area supervisor, came by to see how the work was progressing when it was near completion. All personnel were very pleasant.Two other needs for the house were discussed for a later date: one minor, one more significant. Be it a small task or a major one, I have confidence that the Mr. Handyman specialists could handle it.

Carlos was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He cleaned up after himself, and I was very pleased with the quality of his work.

Kevin did an excellent job. There were some issues with the solar kit I had bought, but Kevin was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping me to get my installation taken care of.
