3/18/2026: Daniel Reckelhoff did an excellent repair of a loosely mounted toilet before a water leak started. He also reattached two toilet seats that I bought for the upstairs bathrooms. 3/19/2026: Today, I got a phone call from Joan to check on our satisfaction with the repairs yesterday. This company is very professional and their work is worth 5 stars. 8/15/25: Greg King and Mr. Handyman business = 5 stars! 5/22/2025: Greg King assembled 2 elevated garden planters today. Great work. 8/26/2024: Erin answered my call for an appointment to tighten the aluminum panel attached to the eave of the second floor. It was visibly loose after recent high winds from recent storms. Erin was very helpful and gave me the details on the phone for my appointment. Greg has worked on our house on various projects in recent years, including the new kitchen cabinets. He worked fast and our problem was fixed. We highly recommend Greg King and Mr. Handyman. It seems like everyone is super customer service oriented and we have used them multiple times. 8/22/2022: Greg King installed and painted a new exterior panel below the sliding door of our house. It looks great and his work and the rest of your staff is very dependable. 3/8/22: Greg King installed new blinds today and they look terrific. Update: 2/10/21: George Tenkotte, Greg King, Chris Draper and David Pasley are working on our kitchen and family room this week. This is the biggest job we have committed to Mr. Handyman of the multiple dates we used Mr. Handyman. Their work is outstanding! We have high confidence in their experience and ideas. They're always prompt. We highly recommend this Mr. Handyman branch. Work is Always Top Notch / They're polite and very easy to do business with too. Update: 1/11/21– Gene King did a super job on plaster and trim repairs required after an expansion tank leak. He really made a positive difference in the appearance. Update: 12/23/20 — Mr. Handyman Always Does An Excellent Job for us. Their staff is like a well oiled machine. Never any surprises / work is always done right / Jeff Akers was here today and we use George Tenkotte too. Their entire staff seem to be the Best. Joan in the office and a new employee, Melanie are very helpful too. We highly recommend Mr. Handyman for repairs or installation work. Update: 6/9/20: Jeff Akers fixed one of our toilets (leak) today and the job was excellent. And, Val set up this service call for the next day after I called, so it was a very fast response. Their customer service and repair skills are absolutely the BEST. Update 2/19/20: George Tenkotte installed a new shower door / shower hardware / and an exterior electrical outlet in the front of our house today. His work is Always Excellent. I like the way he explains the work needed before starting. Very impressive repairs and customer service. We called Mr Handyman as new residents of Lebanon and right from the start, it was a great experience. Joan Doyle took my call and she was extremely helpful and confirmend each of the jobs I wanted them to do. George Tenkotte was the Lead Service Professional and he was prompt / friendly and very efficient in tackling an assortment of repairs and work in the house we recently bought. We also talked about future jobs including new kitchen cabinets and counters. I called their office and spoke to Val and she set up the next appointment for additional work we wanted. The work was really first rate too. I highly recommend George Tenkotte at Mr. Handyman of Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky. We had more house repairs / upgrades today and George tackled all jobs perfectly. We still have more jobs to do and will definitely continue to use George Tenkotte. Also, Joan, Val and Shannon are super respresentatives in the front office. I always confirm the specific jobs / model #s / etc with then prior to George's appointment at our house. This Mr. Handyman franchise is a smooth running machine!

Was more than satisfied. Dan made a few calls and was able to secure a second technician so they were able to repair and replace my door and frame the same day! I no longer see outside from the bottom or side of door! Very polite, explained everything even cleaned up.

We had a problem with leaves stopping up the gutters. As it was on the roof, I did not want to get up there. He got up there and made them fit, and we have not had a problem since. I think it just took them an hour to do the job, and it was perfect. It has really worked.

We had a problem with leaves stopping up the gutters. As it was on the roof, I did not want to get up there. He got up there and made them fit, and we have not had a problem since. I think it just took them an hour to do the job, and it was perfect. It has really worked.
