The technician from handyman removed a dishwasher from a very hard to get access to due to space constraints and different floor level. He had to grind off the bottom and then cut off the adjustment knob to move the unit out of the location. He was skillful, professional, and efficient. He also clean the job site thoroughly. He showed up on time and was very polite. His name is Christopher Drapper. I strongly recommended him for handyman works.

It went great. I tried calling multiple other handymen, these guys were most responsive and flexible. They did exactly what we asked and did it well.

I had a great experience with Mr. Handyman – twice. The first time was for a roof repair. The technician (?) did the job and it was a very affordable repair. Most recently I hired Mr Handyman for a bigger job: I had them tear out and replace a deck, replace a toilet, replace a shower door and caulk another leaking flashing (ironically the roof was installed by a company called, Mr. Roof, who I would not recommend). Mr. Handyman also repaired the bathroom ceiling where it was damaged from the roof leak. My handymen for the job were Jason C. and Cory S. Both did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable and really competent. The guys were also considerate and did a wonderful job of cleaning up afterward. The deck is beautiful and so sturdy. I couldn't be happier with it. I'm really happy with all the work they did. The communications was good, scheduling time was reasonable, and the job was completed in the time promised and for the amount estimated. I think a benefit of using this type of company is that they hire people with well rounded construction experience. I felt like I was lucky to get the two guys I got to do the work. The company has been great with both big and small jobs. I highly recommend them!

The original job was very poorly done. They stretched the job into two days, which increased the price. The lattice work was done with the wrong material. The steps & railings were so poorly done that they were unsafe. They did send another serviceman, who after a few days left and quit because of his displeasure with the company. A third serviceman came, and he's done some work, but he's been very inconsistent. I don't get return calls. I don't know when or if they're going to finish. They've been honest in admitting their errors, but i've been given no confidence that they'll truly resolve the issue. Worked with matt the owner to get resolved. Work has been completed and looks beautiful. It took four different workers and a complete re-do by rick before the job was completed. I wouldn't ask for anybody else to work on my house except for rick.
