Response timely repairman on time ready to work. Cost a little more expensive but worth it. Gave a honest report of gutter conditions and work done.

I called Mr Handyman and they were able to come out within a few days to take care of several non emergent repairs that our home needed. I was very impressed with the fact that the scheduler made sure these were not emergency repairs, she wanted to make sure that a delay of a few days would not cause us bigger issues. She explained the billing quite clearly and made sure that I knew that our repairman may have to run out and purchase some items while on the clock. Since her explanation was so clear I was able to run out myself and purchase items that were needed. Matching base boards, exact grout color, matching electric outlet and box and cover,weather stripping. Chris called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived on time. He wore shoe covers in our home to protect our floors. He walked me through the items on my list and I added 2 minor items since he was here. He worked efficiently. He started right away and was able to complete everything within 3 hours. He did a thorough inspection of our shower and noticed small cracks I had missed and repaired them as well. He cleaned up everything prior to leaving and other than everything being fixed you would not have known we had work done. I spoke to him about some other projects we had on our list and I will be calling Mr Handyman again soon to have those items taken care of. I love that they are licensed and insured. I feel confident that everything was done to code and that we won't have any issues with the work in the future.

He helped with everything including replacing filters, garage door openers, hanging pictures/mirrors, and even helping to haul away all of my boxes and paper from moving! Dan went above and beyond, he was extremely professional, eager to help solve problems and very friendly. I highly recommend Mr Handyman!

Their communication was very good — both from the office and from the gentleman who was to do the work.
